 Podernuovo is an ample farm of the '700 completely restored that can entertain thanks to a luxuriant park with lecci, oaks and secular pines, numerous groups that want to find for stage of theater, dance, meditation, courses of art, sporting activity, jobs on the health and on the body in general. The points of strength of our structure are its reservation, the silence in which it is absorbed and the ample exclusive spaces.
 Podernuovo is also the ideal structure to vacation between nature and sea on the hills of Livorno together with friends, in fact, its particular position allows to reach in shortly time city of art as Pisa, Lucca and Volterra, up to interesting sites of etruschi as Populonia and to medioeval suburbs how Casale and Bolgheri where is possible to taste the traditional Tuscany kitchen and the great red wines of the zone. The coast countries more neighbors are Castiglioncello, Vada, Cecina and Rosignano Solvay, with the ew one touristic port "Calai de' Medici"; from the near seaport in Livorno and Piombino the Elba isle, the Capraia and the other islands of the Tuscan archipelago are reached.  Podernuovo si compone di:
  • piano terra: cucina, sala da pranzo, bagno triplo con docce, salone con camino e attigua veranda con forno a legna e barbecue;
  • primo piano: cinque stanze da letto (due camere piccole e tre grandi per un totale di circa 15 posti letto) e due bagni;

    Inside the park there is also a wooden structure of  70 square meters.

 Durante il soggiorno č possibile richiedere prestazioni di esperti nel campo della naturopatia, dei massaggi, della cucina naturale, dell'erboristeria, della psicomotricitā e del counseling psicologico.
 Per tali discipline si possono attivare anche corsi su richiesta.

 Podernuovo si trova lungo un sentiero che lo collega, in pochi minuti alla Strada Statale 206 (Via Emilia). Da qui, in circa 30 minuti, si raggiunge sia l'aereoporto di Pisa che la stazione ferroviaria di Livorno.
